How do I place an order with Hapéco?
You can place your order directly through the website, by e-mail, phone or fax. Once the availability of the requested items has been checked, you will receive an email confirming your order.
For which events do you not charge transport costs?
Our Event Calendar lists the events served by Hapéco. This means that we do not charge any transport fees for deliveries to any of these events in the Netherlands, Ruhr region and Belgium. If you are interested in having an event furnished elsewhere in Europe or an event not listed in the Event Calendar, contact us at +31 (0)294-414086. Together we can find an affordable solution.
Is the furniture insured?
Hapéco insures the transport of all rented furniture. Once the furniture has been delivered, the renter is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period (see our General Terms and Conditions). The renter is personally responsible for insuring the furniture that has been rented for up to 48 hours after the end of the rental period. Upon request, we'll gladly provide you with the insurance value for all items.
Does a request for a quote automatically result in a reservation?
All requests for quotes are free of obligation. At Hapéco, a request for a quote does not equal a reservation. If you would like to reserve furniture, we ask that you request this specifically.
Is it possible to view the furniture beforehand?
You are always welcome to visit us at our showroom in Weesp. To schedule an appointment, contact us at +31 (0)294 414086.
Can I buy furniture from Hapéco?
Our primary focus is on furniture rental, not sales, but our advisers will be happy to assist you with any special projects you may have.
Where can I find prices and CAD data on the website?
The CAD data for the various products can be downloaded from the website. The website also contains the prices for all of our rental products.
How are the prices stated on the website and in the price list calculated?
Our price calculation is based on the event rental period (maximum of ten days), although naturally it is also possible to rent furnishings for one-day events or longer periods. Call +31 (0)294-414086 for more information on the possibilities and prices.
